ADHD & Executive Function Coaching for Students

As students move through middle and high school, they're expected to manage increasing responsibilities. For some, that transition comes naturally. For others, it can feel frustrating even when they're bright, capable, and trying their best.

Coaching helps students build confidence, independence, and the skills to thrive in school and beyond.
Coaching May Be a Good Fit if Your Student:

-
Feels overwhelmed by increasing academic and personal responsibilities.
-
Struggles with consistency, even when they know what needs to be done.
-
Becomes frustrated when effort doesn't seem to match results.
-
Has lost confidence in their abilities or is beginning to doubt themselves.
-
Needs practical strategies tailored to the way they learn.
My Approach

There's more than one way to learn because every student has different strengths, challenges, interests, and goals. That's why each coaching relationship is personalized. Together, we identify what's getting in the way, build on what's already working, and develop practical tools and strategies that fit the student, not the other way around.

Coaching works well alongside other forms of academic support, including tutoring, by helping students develop the executive functioning skills that make learning more effective.

For Parents

Parents know their child better than anyone and are an important part of the coaching process, with their level of involvement tailored to the student's age, goals, and individual needs. Ultimately, coaching is most effective when students feel supported during and in between sessions.

The goal is to help students take ownership of their learning, knowing they have a trusted team in their corner.

A complimentary Discovery Call gives us the opportunity to learn more about your student's strengths, challenges, and goals, and determine whether coaching is the right fit.
