ADHD | Executive Function Coaching
You don’t need fixing.
You need support that works with your brain.
ADHD coaching is not about diagnosis, treatment, or forcing yourself into systems that don’t fit. It’s emphasizes understanding over willpower, helping you to understand your brain and develop strategies around your strengths. Many clients come to coaching carrying years of self-criticism. Through practical, supportive, and deeply affirming coaching, over time your understanding and acceptance grow, shame softens, and life begins to feel more manageable.
This might be right for you if:
-
You identify with ADHD-related challenges in your personal or professional life
-
You’re capable and thoughtful, yet struggle with focus, follow-through, or consistency
-
You spend too much time asking yourself
-
I know what I need to do, why can’t I just do it?
-
Why do I keep falling behind and burning out?
-
What’s wrong with me?
-
-
You’ve tried pushing yourself harder, only to end up exhausted or discouraged
-
You want tools, understanding, and accountability that honor how your brain works
My approach
I was diagnosed with ADHD in my 50s, which inspired me to learn how my brain works and to better understand how I engage with the world. This experience has been life-changing and grounds my coaching in empathy and respect. Together, we create room to explore how attention, motivation, emotions, and energy show up in your day-to-day life, without judgment or shame.
You’ll find:
-
A compassionate place where ADHD-related challenges are understood, not minimized
-
Insight into how attention, motivation, emotions, and energy interact for you
-
Personalized strategies for planning, organization, follow-through, and self-regulation
-
Accountability that is flexible, encouraging, and realistic
Why this works
Together, we create space to:
-
Notice ADHD-related patterns without blaming yourself
-
Separate who you are from the challenges you experience
-
Develop tools that align with your strengths, interests, and energy
-
Practice responding to setbacks with curiosity rather than criticism
Confidence grows not because ADHD disappears, but because you learn how to work with your brain and advocate for what you need.
